The Color Wheel Challenge

The color wheel challenge is a fun and engaging game for all users. Players control a wheel in the middle of the screen by rotating it clockwise and counterclockwise. The outside of the wheel is divided into 4 even sections with the colors Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow each having their own section. Balls of the same colors listed as the circle appear at random from the outside of the screen moving towards the wheel in the middle of the screen. The objective of the game is to rotate the wheel and align the color of the wheel with the same color as the ball as they intersect. For example: a red ball will only match and intersect with the red section of the wheel. A blue ball will not match or intersect with the red part of the wheel. As the balls interact with the wheel, if it’s the correct color or not the ball will disappear and then randomly come from a different angle and head toward the wheel again.  

Players can rotate the wheel in the center of the screen clockwise and counterclockwise by using the left and right arrow keys. The left arrow key will spin the wheel counterclockwise and the right arrow key will spin the wheel clockwise. Players will use their instincts and quick reaction times when deciding which way to spin the wheel. Players will spin the wheel to match the color of the wheel with the corresponding color of the ball as they intersect. 

 As players match the correct color ball with the correct color on the wheel, their score will increase by 1 point per ball correctly collected. The game will begin to speed up as the player’s score increases making the game more difficult. The speed and frequency of balls appearing at random will increase. The wheel will also be able to spin faster to keep up with the speed and frequency of incoming balls. 

 Players will begin the game with three lives and will lose 1 life for each ball that is not correctly collected. For example, a red ball trying to enter through the blue section on the wheel will result in 1 life lost. After all three lives are lost the game will end.
